On March 23, 2020 we were forced to cease global operations due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). On March 30th we have made the tough call with Airbus leadership that Voom will not resume its operations. We are honored that our customers chose our service to move across congested cities around the world and hope that you will always remember the Voom flight experience. Here is a message from our CEO, Clément Monnet.
Guarulhos International Airport (GRU)

GRU is the largest airport in Latin America, accommodating both domestic and international flights. GRU services both commercial and private flights. GRU is located about 17 miles outside of the city center.

In order for your embarkation in Guarulhos to occur perfectly, contact the Voom Concierges team and inform your flight and landing terminal so that we can position ourselves according to the instructions below.

Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled departure time. You will need to present an ID before boarding the helicopter.

Terminal 3

If you arrive at Terminal 3, wait for an employee with a Voom sign, at the disembarkation exit near the flower shop.

Terminal 2

If you arrive at Terminal 2 (Eastbound), go to the front of the Balloon Café and wait for an employee with a Voom sign. If you arrive at Terminal 2 on the West Side, go to the front of Vienna Snacks and wait for an employee with a Voom sign.

Terminal 1

If you are in Terminal 1, please proceed to the exit and at the second road, please meet the TRISTAR van.

Exit instructions

We will arrange a private shuttle that will take you to the passengers terminal. Note that the journey may take around 15 minutes so please arrive in advance.

What You Need to Know
Cancellation Window
You can change or cancel your flight up to 3 hours before your boarding time. Voom customers will forfeit their entire fare if they cancel their flight within 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight. When you book your journey, we will let you know how many personal items and bags you can bring with you. Please note that our definitions of personal items and bags differ from that of commercial airlines.
Check-in Time
Please arrive at the helipad 15 minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time.
You will need to present an ID before boarding the helicopter.
Pets are generally not allowed on Voom flights.
