On March 23, 2020 we were forced to cease global operations due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). On March 30th we have made the tough call with Airbus leadership that Voom will not resume its operations. We are honored that our customers chose our service to move across congested cities around the world and hope that you will always remember the Voom flight experience. Montes Urales

Montes Urales Helipad is located right in Mexico City’s Lomas de Chapultepec business district. The helipad is a few blocks away from Ave. de las Palmas, Polanco and Chapultepec Park. The helipad is surrounded by state-of-the-art corporate buildings, such as Torre Virreyes, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Access instructions

You will receive a call to give you more details about your reservation. Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you an SMS with the specific location of departure. Please arrive to the Heliport 15 minutes before your boarding time. Make your check in at the reception. The Helipad staff will guide you to the platform.

Exit instructions

The staff of the Montes Urales Heliport will be waiting for your arrival to guide you to the exit.


If you arrive by car, keep in mind that the helipad does not have parking, there are alternatives in nearby parking lots that we suggest you to check previously.

What You Need to Know
Cancellation Window
You can change or cancel your flight up to 3 hours before your boarding time. Voom customers will forfeit their entire fare if they cancel their flight within 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight. When you book your journey, we will let you know how many personal items and bags you can bring with you. Please note that our definitions of personal items and bags differ from that of commercial airlines.
Check-in Time
Please arrive at the helipad 15 minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time.
You will need to present an ID before boarding the helicopter.
Pets are generally not allowed on Voom flights.
