Important Note Regarding Minors:
By using Voom’s Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 (or the applicable age of majority in the place where the Services are provided) may not use our Services, except through their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, except from their parents or guardians and in connection with the booking of transportation with our partner helicopter and helipad operators (“Operators”).
If we become aware that an individual submitting information is under 18, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us as indicated in the Contact Us section of the Policy.
Voom obtains information about you from various sources in order to provide our Services and enhance the user experience on our platform. “You” may be someone who purchases or intends to purchase transportation through our on-demand helicopter booking platform (“Customer”), a traveling companion of a Customer, or someone who otherwise visits or sets up a profile on one of our websites or the Voom App (collectively, “you” or “Users”).
The practices described in this Policy are subject to applicable laws in the places in which we operate. This means that we only engage in the practices described in this policy in a particular country or region if permitted under the laws of those places. In addition, where specified, certain aspects of this Policy only apply to particular geographic regions. Please contact us if you have questions regarding our practices in your country or region.
A. Information You Provide Voom
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create or modify your profile, book transportation, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include:
- your name
- email address
- phone number
- passport information (or other similar government-issued ID)
- postal address (used to verify your payment method)
- other information you add to your account profile
- payment method
We only require you to provide information that is necessary for us to perform the function for which you have provided it, although you can choose to provide us with additional information that may enhance your experience with our Services.
B. Information Voom Collects When You Use Our Services
In addition to the information you provide directly to us, we also collect the following additional information:
Location Information: We collect geographic location information through your use of the Services. When you use our Services to be picked up from a specific location, you allow us to collect your (or your designee’s or traveling companion’s) precise geographic location and to retain such information until the journey is completed. We also collect the precise location of your device when the Voom App is running in the foreground if authorized.
Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services and your interactions with our Operators, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled and other related transaction details. This information will also be emailed to you and will be available through your account.
Travel Companion or Third-Party Booking Information: When you use the Service to request transportation for someone else, we will request their personal information and travel preferences. You must obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information and travel preferences. Access to view or change their information will be available through your account. Alternatively, the third party may contact us directly to view or change their information.
Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device and computer, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, preferred language, unique device identifier, serial number, and mobile network information.
Log Information: When you interact with our Services, we collect server logs, which includes information such as device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.
Communications from Users: When you complete one of our online forms, communicate with us through our Services, communicate with us on a third party (e.g., social media) platform, or otherwise contact us by email, phone or text, we automatically collect and store certain information about these activities, including:
- the date, time, and contents of the message
- your name and contact information
- information that you provide to us
- your company information, if any
- the type the communication
- the purpose of the communication, and the action we took in response to your question or request
- any action you take when you receive a communication (for example, whether you register to attend an event that we offer, or request to receive documentation)
Communications to Users: We insert cookies in some of our communications, subject to applicable law. When we send an email message to you, it contains images or links that when viewed or clicked provide us with metadata about your interactions with that email and its contents.
Information from Other Sources: We also receive information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services.
If you also interact with our Services in another capacity, for instance as an Operator or User of other apps we provide, we combine or associate that information with information we have collected from you in your capacity as a User or Operator.

We do not store your credit card information, nor does it pass through our servers. We rely on one or more third-party vendors for this purpose.
A. How We Use Collected Information:
The information we collect is used as described above and for the following purposes:
To Provide, Maintain, and Improve Our Services: This includes, for example, offering transportation booking options, facilitating payments, sending receipts, providing products and services you request (and sending related information), developing new features, providing customer support to Users and Operators, developing safety features, authenticating Users, and sending product and service updates and administrative messages.
To Send or Facilitate Communications: (i) Between a User and an Operator, such as estimated times of arrival (ETAs); or (ii) between a User and a User’s contact in connection with the use of certain features, such as referrals, invites, split fare requests, or ETA sharing; or (iii) between Voom and its Customers and Users, including information about products, services, promotions, news and events of Voom and other companies, where permissible and according to local applicable laws; and to process contest, sweepstake, or other promotion entries and fulfill any related awards.
To Personalize and Improve the Services: This includes providing or recommending features, content, social connections, referrals and advertisements.
To Participate in Surveys, Contests, or Promotions: When we invite Users to participate in surveys, contests, or promotions, participation is voluntary. These surveys are organized for the purposes of our marketing efforts. When a user participates, we may request certain personal information such as name and email address to ensure that responses are categorized properly and not duplicated.
Depending on the nature of the survey or contents, we also use this information to send the survey results to the participants, or, if applicable, to notify contest winners and award prizes.
We also use the information in aggregate form to understand our market, to monitor site traffic or app usage, or to modify our platform or Services to meet the needs or interests of users.
To Perform Internal Operations: This includes, for example, preventing fraud and abuse of our Services, troubleshooting software bugs and operational problems, conducting data analysis, testing and research, and monitoring and analyzing usage and activity trends.
B. How We Share Collected Information
We share your information with Operators or other third parties as follows:
With Operators to enable them to provide the transportation that you booked. For example, we share your and your designee and/or travel companion(s) name(s), photo(s) (if provided) and pickup and/or drop-off locations with Operators.
With other users if you use a ride-sharing service. We also share your information with other people at your request, such as when you want to share an estimated time of arrival.
With third parties to provide you with any services that you have requested through a partnership or promotional offering made by a third party or us.
With third party apps and websites that integrate with our API or Services, or those with an API or Service with which we integrate.
With vendors, consultants, advisors, marketing partners and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out data processing or other work on our behalf.
In response to a request for information issued by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
In connection with, during negotiations of, or as part of the implementation of any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
When needed to pursue or defend legal claims or respond to lawful subpoenas or warrants.

We process your personal information with your consent, where doing so is necessary for the execution of or performance of a contract, to protect your vital interests or those of another individual, to comply with our legal obligations, and where doing so is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party. Our legitimate interests include:
Providing and improving our Services.
Protecting our company, our employees, our Services, our Users, our Customers, and the public.
Detecting and preventing crime, fraud, or misuse.
Promoting and marketing our Services.
D. Cross-Border Transfer of Information
To facilitate our operations we may transfer, store, and process your information internally and with our partners and service providers based around the world. Laws in some countries may differ from the laws applicable to your country of residence and may not provide an equivalent level of protection. Where required, we have implemented appropriate solutions to protect cross-border transfers.
E. Third Party Websites and Social Media
The Services contain links (for example, to view an article) and social networking buttons (for example, Facebook or Twitter) that link to other websites or services that are not owned, operated or controlled by Voom. We have no control over and are not responsible for the data collection and/or handling practices of such other websites. The display through the Services of a link to a third party’s website or app does not imply our endorsement of such website or app.
We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Services and to read the privacy statements of each website or app on which you land after you click on a link or social networking button. This Policy does not address the information practices of any third party, including any Operators. The inclusion of a link on the Service(s) to a third party’s website or service does not imply endorsement of the third party’s data handling practices and does not imply that their practices are covered by this Policy.
We limit access to information about our Users and Operators only to those employees and authorized parties who reasonably need access to the information in order to perform their job responsibilities. We use commercially reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful access or processing and against accidental loss, theft, disclosure, copying, modification and destruction, or damage. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that transmissions of your information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by us or our third-party service providers. Except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited due to applicable law, we assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your account with anyone. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (e.g., if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please contact us immediately as detailed in the Contact Us section, below.
We retain information about Users for as long as necessary to perform the activities described in this Policy, as long as necessary for us to perform any contract with you, or as long as needed to comply with our legal obligations. In certain jurisdictions, you can request to have all your personal information deleted entirely. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:
- We may retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety.
- We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, we may keep some of your information for tax, legal, and auditing obligations.
You have choices about the types of information we collect and share about you.
A. Platform Permissions
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) require your consent before certain information about you, such as your location, can be accessed by the Voom App. These platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the Voom App wants permission to access certain types of personal information and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Voom App seeks before you first use the app and your use of the app constitutes your consent.
If you are accessing our Services via a web browser, you will not be shown these access screens or permissions.
You may choose to block our website and other sites from setting cookies by changing your browser settings. Please note that blocking or disabling certain cookies will interfere with your ability to use some parts of our Services. While you may disable the usage of cookies through your browser settings, our Services do not respond to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from your browser or mobile application due to lack of standardization regarding how that signal should be interpreted. F. Individual Rights
To the extent required by applicable law, we provide you with the ability to access, correct, export, delete, withdraw consent, object to the processing of, or suspend processing of, your personal information. These functions will either be available within our Services or you can contact us to submit a request. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable regulations and upon presentation of appropriate proof of identity. Please note that some of the information we collect is required and removal of it may render you ineligible to use our Services.

B. California Privacy Rights
California law permits Users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed that user’s personal information (if any) for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those third parties. See the “Contact Us” section for information about where to send such requests.
We change and update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the policy will indicate when it was last modified. If we make significant changes in the way we treat your personal information, or to the Policy, we will provide you the updated Policy through the Services or by some other means, such as an email. We encourage you to periodically review the Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES AFTER WE HAVE NOTIFIED YOU OF THE CHANGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR CONSENT TO THE CHANGES.
