Do I need to buy a membership?
No, no membership is required. Simply book a journey as needed.
How much does a Voom flight cost?
The cost of your journey is based on the flight time plus any ground infrastructure fees as well as luggage fees. An estimate of your total cost will be presented to you upon booking.
What are the fees that are included on my receipt?
The fees noted on your receipt are taxes, ground infrastructure fees and luggage fees.
How do I use a coupon or promotion code?
If you have a coupon or promotion code, you can enter your code in the "Price per Person" section when booking your flight.
How can I pay for my Voom flight?
You can pay for your Voom flight with all major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, Mastercard and Diner’s Club.
When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged only after your flight is complete.

You may also see a temporary authorization charge for $1 USD. When saving some credit cards to your Voom account, we sometimes need to confirm your card with a charge which will instantly refunded. More information can be found here.

How will I be charged?

Like a Hotel or Airline, we place a hold on your credit card for slightly more than your Journey’s displayed estimate. We do so to prevent unexpected baggage fees so please be sure to only bring the number of bags you mentioned upon booking. Rest assured, you will only be charged for the final number of bags you bring with you.

If you booked your journey more than a week in advance, you will not see the authorization on your credit card from Voom until 7 days before your flight. If we are unable to charge your card at this time, your journey will be cancelled, and you will be notified.

Do you keep my credit card or other personal information on file after my flight?
For ease of future bookings, we securely store some of your information, including your name, phone number, e-mail address, and identification number. Your credit card information is never sent to our servers. We work with our partner to keep your information safe and secure. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I change my flight once it has been booked?
If you want to change your flight after it has been booked, please contact the Voom Concierge Team as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my flight?
We allow you to cancel or change your flight up to 24 hours before your boarding time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled boarding time, you will be charged the full fare. If you want to cancel or change your flight, please contact the Voom Concierge Team as soon as possible.
What happens if I am late for my flight?
If your are running late, please contact the Voom Concierge Team as soon as possible. We will do our best to hold the flight for you. However, if there are other passengers on board, we may not be able to wait for you.
What happens if Voom has to cancel a flight due to inclement weather or other reasons?
If Voom cancels your flight for any reason (weather or otherwise), you will be informed by phone call, email, or text message as soon as possible. In the event that this happens, we will refund your credit card the full cost of the flight. We would be happy to reschedule your flight if your schedule allows.
Can I pre-book a flight?
Yes, you can book your Voom journey up to 7 days in advance. Here is how to schedule your flight. Sign in to and choose where you want to fly. After entering your starting and ending locations, select your boarding date and time - up to seven days in advance. Once your flight is booked, you will receive a confirmation text message. It is as simple as that!
What happens if I am sick or otherwise unable to make my flight?
If you are unable to make your flight for any reason, please get in touch with the Voom Concierge Team as soon as possible.
